office moves- Large office moves require a large moving company with the proper equipment. A small office move can be done with a local residential moving company. They’ll take a little longer but charge a lot less.

residential– There are many residential and local moving companies in Vancouver to choose from. The service depends entirely on the movers who show up at your house. Big companies have high overhead and often high employee turn over which means inexperienced movers may move your stuff. Ask them about their staff and wages. If they get weird there’s probably a reason.

Make sure the company has a truck big enough for your move. If you live in a one bedroom apartment then don’t worry about. But if you place is 2 bedrooms or more you might want to check truck sizes. 2 to 4 bedroom apartments need a 3 ton truck. Anything bigger will need a 5 ton truck.
Owner operators and small companies with 1 or 2 trucks are the way to go. They want to work for you because they need to in order to pay for their trucks and advertising. Bigger companies can easily overbook due to the confusion that can happen in large offices so whatever you do confirm your move the day before just to be sure
